On the way to the international market!

As you know, we are expanding internationally and want to offer the same administrator experience to our international customers as to our   French customers.

From now on, you will have a fully bilingual interface and a new user experience, as you can chat with your international customers via our bilingual forum (translations are automatic like on LinkedIn or Facebook...).  We are proud to share all these advances with you:

Already done :

  • You can now activate the FR/EN switch in BO. The back-office will now adapt to the language of your browser.
  • The forum, discussions and messages are now automatically translated (via DeepL). Your international members will be able to easily exchange with the other members of your community.  This feature is already activated, to benefit from it, you just need to have a bilingual site.
  • For interactions: you now have the possibility to activate the management of time zones and to customize a default time zone for your administrators. The display of the interaction in the back-office alerts adapts to the administrator's time zone.
  • For our Canadian customers, we now support double tax (provincial and regional) for online payment. We also have a new partner for the management of your online payments: Global Payments.

Coming soon:

  • You will soon have the possibility to automatically translate your news and mailings made with the Content Builder or the Mail Builder.
  • You will no longer need to enter translations in Admin Web & Translation. Translations will be automatically applied by themselves, but you will be able to correct them if needed.

Stay connected!

And that's not all...
