A closer look at the Employment module!

For this release, the employment module is in the spotlight!

We've developed a new feature to provide better management and a more comprehensive view of the candidates applying for your job offers*. 

These changes can be useful if you want to have a more advanced management of applications, couple the application lifecycle to your interactions with applicants, and optimise your future recruitment campaigns.  

 You can now: 

• Create a lifecycle for managing applications (new, shortlisted, scheduled interview, not selected after an interview, selected, rejected, etc.).  
• Receive an alert on the homepage of the back office of new applicants  
• Manage applications and get an overview of the member's personal and professional information in addition to what's on their CV  
• Have a dashboard with statistics that can be filtered by the status of offers.  

*This feature is only available for jobs posted by site administrators (not available for recruiters).

You can activate this new feature in Jobs > Settings > Admin > "Enable application lifecycle by job".
