Release 3.42: Interaction management
Our solution is designed to manage all your interactions with your members.
You can already manage all interactions you conduct digitally (emails, opening rate, click rate) but we also wanted to integrate communications made by post or telephone with your members.
You can now create interactions from the MX export to have a history of emails sent, such as an invitation to the Annual General Meeting, reminders by post, or a notice for the apprenticeship tax, or even integrate the fact that the school sends emails to your members outside the platform.
This new feature also lets you individually note down a telephone appointment (with reminder) with a summary of the call. You can get an overview of all interactions in Admin web > Interactions.
