Perform a multi-criteria export
To perform a multi-criteria export, go to Directory > Export > Multi-criteria export.
The multi-criteria export is a tool that lets you create lists of members, which you can use for your targeted mails, according to multiple different criteria: year of graduation, degree earned, groups belonging to, activity sector, types of payments, etc criteria that you can of course cross -reference between them.
The following example shows how you can do a detailed search on subscribing members.
The result of this search will show you subscribing members in 2021, those who subscribed before 2020, and those who subscribed by cheque in a year other than 2019 (the "!=" stands for "different from"). You can export a list of subscribing members based on payment methods, year of graduation, and cross-referencing criteria to perform a more precise search
After selecting your search criteria, click Submit. You can see the result in several forms based on the information provided by the members when they filled in their form, such as the deceased, whether they have provided an email address, postal address, mobile phone number, or no contact information at all.
For each of these choices, you can :
View the list a webpage,
Download the list in Excel format,
Download the list in .csv format,
Print labels or envelopes,
Send a mailing directly to the list of members,
View the geographical statistics of members,
Save the list. and
add interactions with the member.
You can also save the list as a dynamic query, which means that it will automatically update every time it is used. This can be useful for email reminders,for example, when you want to remind all members of an upcoming event who have not yet registered.
