Release 3.62
We’ve made several improvements to the management of the life cycle of your members to simplify the management of your prospects.
These new changes are useful if you'd like to opt for a more detailed management of your database, couple the lifecycle with interactions with your members, and consider different marketing actions according to the stage of the member's lifecycle (e.g. stage 0: prospect to be contacted, stage 1: prospect contacted, stage 2: met with the prospect, etc.).
You can now:
- Manage the lifecycle of members
- Designate one or more referral administrators per group
- Have several dashboards to manage the data (Prospects, members, dues, etc.) filtered by referral or by group
- Add the lifecycle to the results of a back-office search
- Perform a multi-criteria export based on the lifecycle history or the status history if you want to create marketing actions using marketing automation.
