Get the most out of your interactions with your members

We've added a lot of features on our interaction tools. You can now:

• Set several statuses on a form (in progress, to be recontacted, to be treated...)
• Add interaction types in addition to those already existing (call, email, mailing)
• Add tags to interactions
• Select the administrator who created the interaction
• Add referring administrators to your members' records
• Add interviewers and referent interviewers (configurable wording)
• Export the interactions on the MX export and on the interaction page in Admin Web > Interaction > List
• Synchronise the next interactions with your Outlook calendar and see the interactions of the day, upcoming and overdue in Admin WEB > Interactions > Appointments calendar
