You have the ability to manage some of your automatic mails. To see which ones you can change, just click on the drop-down menu.

All mails with a * cannot be modified. All others can be personalised according to your needs.

To change them, you just have to select the email in question. You can change the sender's name and email address, and the email's subject and content.

You can customise your email by using dynamic data. To do this, right-click on your mouse and click on "Dynamic Data".  

At the bottom of the page, you can provide a signature with your name or logo.

Once you've completed your settings and are happy with your new email, click on "submit" at the bottom of the page to save it.

You can test the automatic emails you have set up to view the email your chosen recipients will receive. To do this, click on the "test an automatic mail" tab
