Netanswer joins the Eudonet group

After 19 years of autonomy, it seemed to us that the time had come to join a larger group in order that we might have new resources to develop the Netanswer solution, thus enabling it to be marketed more widely, particularly abroad.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Netanswer has joined the Eudonet Group as of today

Eudonet is a leader in CRM solutions for higher education, professional associations, charitable organisations, and the public sector. What's more, it's a French company, which is very important to us.

This merger will allow us to increase financial investments in our Netanswer solution and to offer it Eudonet customers who would like to benefit from a community management and organisation solution.

Our joint research and development teams have already started working together to offer our respective customers the best overall customer relationship management (CRM) and event organisation solution.

Because of our merger with Euronet, and as a Netanswer customer, you will benefit from our complete integration of information between Netanswer and your own CRM if you choose to continue to use our solution under the Eudonet umbrella.

Similarly, Eudonet customers will also have the option of using the Netanswer solution to manage and engage their community through their CRM consistently and efficiently.

Additionally, Eudonet's international presence (Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, United Kingdom, etc.) also provides a unique platform for the expansion of the Netanswer solution outside of France that we could not have achieved on our own. 

The Netanswer teams will remain available to provide you with the best possible support for your solution. and your contacts at Netanswer will remain unchanged. 

In particular, I will remain the Director of Netanswer and Loïc will remain our Technical Director. Additionally, will sit on the Eudonet Board of Directors, which will allow us to keep our mindset, the agility of the solution, and the availability of our teams, as well as guarantee customer satisfaction, which has been our main driving force for many years.

The teams will be strengthened in the coming months to amplify our growth by capitalizing on the marketing and sales force of the Eudonet group.
