Career interviews are an integral part of the serves offered by the career service. However, it's sometimes difficult to have personalised follow-up of the interviews carried out with your different members.
With the "Career Interviews" module, you won't miss any important information. Plus, you can personalise the experience and improve relationships with your members!
Professionalise your career interviews
1 Keep detailed records of the various interviews conducted with your members.
2 Record in your member's file all the topics discussed during your interviews, e.g. consultant met with, purpose of the meeting, date of the meeting, member's goals, desired salary, issues, faced, etc.
3Obtain detailed statistics on your interviews (types of interviews, consultants, members' professional status) and carry out customised exports (by date, type, consultant, meeting subject, etc.).
